Refund Policy

PHCC of GA Refund Policy

PHCC GA will make every effort to honor refund requests in a timely manner. Refund requests must be made by phone (678) 947-3473 or email info@PHCCGA.com with the following information:

  • Subject: Refund Request
  • First and Last Name
  • Transaction Type (Course or Event Name)
  • Transaction Date and Time
  • Reason for Refund
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number including area code

Refund of Course Registration

  • Registration Fees are non-refundable
  • You may cancel space in the course up to 72 hours prior to first day of class
  • ¬†Fees received after a class is full or cancellation by instructors will be refunded in full within 30 days

Refund of Event Participation

  • Registration Fees are non-refundable
  • You may cancel space at the event up to 72 hours prior to event day
  • Event cancellation by event coordinators will be refunded in full within 30 days

Online Registration and Purchases

  • If you made a transaction online, purchased tickets, registered for an event, class, (i.e. et al) in error, please contact the PHCC of GA office within 24 hours and a full refund will be issued within 30 days. If the transaction(s) is within 24 hours of event/class, please call the office as soon as possible.
