We are excited to have you with us on your apprenticeship journey!
One of the responsibilities of your apprenticeship, as required by the Department of Labor, is to submit on-the-job (OJT) hours each month.
After your official enrollment in the apprenticeship program and the receipt of your DOL ID, you will need to begin tracking these OJT hours.
Use the time sheets below:
As you track your OJT hours, please note the following:
1) Make sure to select the appropriate time sheet for your trade. (If you work in multiple trades, you should select the trade for which you are officially enrolled in the apprenticeship program)
2) Your hours tracked must coincide with the actual paid hours you worked. This means that if you worked 150 hours in a month, your tracked hours on your OJT time sheet should also equal 150 hours.
3) You may not double count hours in multiple categories. Again, hours tracked should coincide with actual paid hours.
4) Time sheets are due on or before the 15th of each month. For example, November’s monthly time sheet should be submitted by December 15.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Randi Malone, OJT Coordinator, at 678-453-6119.
